Daro Hyder
Owner – CEO
Daro Hyder joined the Golden Heart team in March of 2018. From early childhood, Daro had developed a strong interest and passion for helping those that struggled in providing themselves with the respect and care they deserve. Over the years, this interest manifested into a variety of initiatives that he took very personally. Some of these initiatives included: being a corporate champion and volunteer at the Winter Special Olympics, developing a program and operating as a lead instructor for youth self-defense and martial arts, and also acting as a detention center counselor for troubled adolescents.
While Daro’s education focused on technology and engineering, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, he could not put his interests aside and quickly transitioned his career to the health and life sciences industry. After spending over 13 years in the corporate world, Daro found himself as an executive at one of the world’s leading management consulting companies. This experience allowed him to direct numerous large-scale engagements for some of the biggest hospitals, pharmaceutical and insurance companies existing today. This experience also allowed him to see a unique side of healthcare that would eventually lead to a change for the good.
After several years of traveling the country, Daro concluded that he could have a greater impact on people’s lives by providing direct care for individuals with personal care needs. In addition, he wanted to spend more time with his own family and support his aging parents that were having difficulties managing their own care. So, Daro decided to go back to his roots, integrate his passion and experience, and “go direct” to individuals by opening his own home care agency.
Besides his professional consulting background, Daro also brings a wide range of entrepreneurial experience to Golden Heart. He has previously owned several service-based businesses, some of which he launched from the ground up. Given his exposure to managing a variety of teams, Daro feels confident in his ability to find and retain the best people. Daro believes his integrity and strong work ethic will differentiate Golden Heart in a highly competitive Denver market.
Daro is looking forward to leveraging his experience, along with the resources of Golden Heart, to provide Coloradans with the best possible care available. Joining the Golden Heart family is proving to be the right fit.
